2. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
2.1 Unauthorized Charges
If you notice an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us immediately. In many cases, unauthorized charges result from active subscriptions, unrecognized purchases by household members, or accidental purchases.
✅ Active Subscriptions: If the charge is related to an ongoing subscription, you may cancel at any time through our Membership Cancellation Form or by contacting us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
✅ Order Verification: If you suspect fraudulent activity, we will work with you and our payment processor to investigate and take appropriate action.
✅ Chargeback Dispute Timeframe: Chargeback disputes must be raised within 60 days of the purchase date to be considered valid.
2.2 Filing a Chargeback Without Contacting Us
Customers who initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be subject to the following actions:
❌ Temporary or permanent account suspension for chargeback abuse.
❌ Flagged for fraud prevention, which may impact future purchases.
❌ Loss of refund eligibility if the chargeback is deemed fraudulent. (Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently ineligible for refunds on any future purchases.)
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and may provide evidence to banks, credit card issuers, and payment processors to dispute chargeback claims that violate this policy.
3. Refund & Resolution Process
If you are eligible for a refund, our Refund Policy applies. We will:
🔹 Investigate your claim within 5-7 business days.
🔹 Issue refunds for valid claims within 10 business days.
🔹 Decline refunds for purchases that do not meet our refund eligibility criteria (e.g., digital goods, non-refundable subscriptions, or disputes outside the return period).
4. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
By using our website, you agree to resolve all disputes through arbitration before pursuing legal action or filing a chargeback. This includes:

5. Fraudulent Chargebacks
We actively monitor and dispute fraudulent chargebacks. Customers who attempt to abuse chargeback systems may face:

🚫 Legal action for chargeback fraud and damages.
🚫 Debt collection measures for failed payments. (We reserve the right to take legal action for chargeback fraud and report such cases to credit bureaus and relevant authorities.)

6. Final Agreement
